TASTING
Wild mountain florals and honey lifting high and clear, the cup holding its fragrance long.

High sweetness striking straight, no bitterness—a spring beneath the tongue; tea energy warm yet full of inner strength.
Average altitude around 1,600m, trees roughly 500 years old, a 2026 April batch—the closing piece of the whole series: a single ancient tree, picked and made on its own. The aroma lifts high and clear, led by wild mountain florals and deep honey, dissolved in the liquor, the cup holding its fragrance long. Clear-sweet on entry, bitterness barely there, an outright strike of high sweetness; the water soft, smooth and fine, full and substantial. Most striking of all is the returning sweetness—described as "a spring beneath the tongue": mouth-watering and sweet returning swiftly and lastingly, so sweet it is like a sugar hidden under the tongue welling up again and again. Gentle on the surface, full of inner power: once swallowed, the tea energy releases slowly and forcefully, the body warming faintly, the throat rhyme deep and long, with a cooling note.
