THE COLLECTION
The bloodline of Song Zhong, the ground of old trees.
Song Zhong is the founding bloodline of Phoenix Dancong.
This one draws on old Song Zhong trees, picked and made tree by tree, batched on its own: an aroma that does not shout, a body mellow and steady, cong notes and mountain rhyme both present. For the one who has drunk a great many teas: those who know, know, and little needs explaining.

The Collection
Terroir rarely left to us, batches rarely met, vintages rarely awaited. Zhengyan gardens and old single trees are shown by batch; above the Collection, access opens by appointment and by invitation.
