Born into a tea-making family in Tianxin Rock Tea Village, Rong Hua learned the craft from the older generation and knows well the core rock terroirs and the transformations of charcoal roasting. Human judgement keeps the timing of the fire — and holds, for Mulan, a cup true to its source.
