Industry Investment · 產業投資

Along the tea mountains
we invest ever deeper

Mulan invests strategically along the full depth of the tea industry — through long-term holdings and value co-creation, from tea gardens in core producing regions to channels and shelves overseas.

The group is deeply connected to the supply of 15 leading listed companies across the global tea, coffee and spirits industries — sourced at origin, supplied first-hand: Starbucks, Nestlé, Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Diageo, Moët Hennessy, Pernod Ricard, Unilever, Ito En, Suntory, J.M. Smucker, JDE Peet's, Lavazza, Constellation Brands and Treasury Wine Estates.

  • Upstream Assets

Tea gardens in core producing regions, equity in tea enterprises, primary and deep-processing assets — securing rare old-growth and organic gardens.

  • Brand Incubation

Early-stage investment and incubation for emerging tea brands, wellness beverages and coffee — capital and industry empowering each other.

  • Channel Network

Investment in new retail, cross-border e-commerce, chain dining and overseas trade channels, building a diversified distribution map.

  • Technology & R&D

AI demand chains, IoT cultivation management, extraction craft and functional foods — driving the industry's digital upgrade.

  • Sustainability

Regenerative agriculture, carbon-sink tea gardens, organic and fair-trade programs.

Asset Securitization · 資產金融化

Ancient tea forests above a morning sea of clouds on Jingmai Mountain, Yunnan

The Asset · 山場即資產

The value of a mountain estate
is more than a cup of tea

The age of ancient tea trees, the yield of the gardens, the stock in the cellar — these are assets first, commodities second. Title confirmation, valuation, circulation: every step within a licensed regulatory framework.

The second journey
of value

The yield of a mountain estate, the vintage of a tea cellar, a redemption on a shelf — each can become titled, confirmable value. Together with licensed financial institutions abroad, and within the licensing and approval frameworks of financial regulators, Mulan conducts the securitization of asset income rights and the securitization of product redemption rights, letting tea assets circulate through compliant channels.

Product redemption rights connect to a global supermarket redemption network, supporting offline redemption and re-export trade.

  • Hong Kong

Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) — conducted under the licensing and approval regime of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO).

  • Dubai

Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) within the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) — conducted under its licensing and regulatory framework.

  • Singapore

Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) — conducted under the capital-markets-products licensing regime of the Securities and Futures Act (SFA).

The above arrangements are implemented only in licensed financial jurisdictions abroad and offered solely to eligible investors; no form of fundraising or promotion is conducted within mainland China.
