Sampling (L2 and above)
Packaging and inner pages are sampled and confirmed before production. L1 labels are confirmed by proof image.
Production and packing
Produced to the confirmed sample. Bulk orders can be boxed by name list, or packed individually to a list you provide.
Delivery and after-sales
Local delivery in Hangzhou; insured shipping elsewhere. Gift cards include a reminder 30 days before expiry, and shortages are re-sent.
