Zhuke is a veteran plot beside Huiyuan Ravine, its soil deep; the tea grown here has a body dense as silk, bush flavour and mountain rhyme in equal measure. A truly old terroir needs no explanation — one cup and the answer is plain.

- Traditional charcoal roasting; the fire reaches within and the aroma stays steady.

- Brew with boiling water; pour off the first two infusions at once, then add 5–10 seconds to each. We suggest a white porcelain gaiwan, 110ml, with 5g of leaf.
