A lighter roast leaves a little more freshness. Fresh Floral Rougui is finished over a lower fire, keeping intact the orchid-and-bluebell note of the varietal—bright aroma, pale-gold liquor, the quiet classicist among Rougui.

- Brew with freshly boiled water: the first two infusions straight in and out, then add 5–10 seconds each steep. We suggest a 110ml white porcelain gaiwan with 5g of leaf.
CARE
Seal away from light and store in a cool, dry place; once opened, drink it soon to keep the flavour as it was.
