Bone aroma means fragrance that grows within the very frame of the tea soup—no surface scent, only the fragrance and sweetness that rise from deep in the throat after you swallow. Terroir richness and roasting skill are both indispensable; it is the far end of Rougui's aromatic range.

CARE
