Bishiyan belongs to the zhengyan (true rock) terroir: dark-green cliffs with moderate sunlight. Its Rougui has a balanced aroma profile, cinnamon bark and floral-fruit in equal halves, with a clear rock rhyme—the step from aroma toward terroir begins here.

- Brew with freshly boiled water: the first two infusions straight in and out, then add 5–10 seconds each steep. We suggest a 110ml white porcelain gaiwan with 5g of leaf.
CARE
Seal away from light and store in a cool, dry place; once opened, drink it soon to keep the flavour as it was.
