TASTING
Wild mountain florals and honey, lifted and quiet, the empty cup fragrant for long.

A rush of pure sweetness, no bitterness, a spring under the tongue; the qi gentle, the inner force full.
Around 1,600m above sea level, roughly 500-year-old trees, an April 2026 spring batch—the closing work of the whole series: a single ancient tree, picked and made on its own. The aroma is lifted and quiet, led by wild mountain florals and a rich honey, dissolved into the liquor, the empty cup fragrant for long. On entry it is clean and sweet, bitterness and astringency barely showing, a direct rush of high sweetness; the liquor soft, fine and full-bodied. Most striking is the returning sweetness—described as a spring under the tongue: salivation and returning sweetness swift and lasting, high in sweetness, like a sugar buried under the tongue that keeps welling sweet water. Gentle without, full of inner force within: as the liquor goes down the qi is released slowly and powerfully, the body warms a little, the throat-feel long and deep, with a coolness beside it.
Wild mountain florals and honey, lifted and quiet, the empty cup fragrant for long.
A rush of pure sweetness, no bitterness, a spring under the tongue; the qi gentle, the inner force full.
