TASTING
Honey and floral notes woven together, the breath of old forest.

Sweet and fine, the qi drawn inward, the liquor like silk, a deep cool finish.
Around 1,200m above sea level, roughly 300-year-old trees, an April 2026 spring batch. From the same Guafengzhai, the ancient trees take the body a step further: honey and floral notes woven together, the aroma high yet dissolved into the water, the empty cup fragrant for a long while, and most captivating of all, the breath of old forest. On entry it is sweet, mellow and fine, with hardly any noticeable bitterness—behind that softness hides a strong, inward qi; a few cups in, the body warms slightly and sighs, the sensation clear. The liquor is golden and bright, the body full and thick, the flow fine and smooth as silk; the returning sweetness quick and lasting, salivation unbroken, the throat-feel deep and cool, the sweet aftertaste slow to fade.
