TASTING
A lifted compound floral honey, a milky wild-fruit sweetness, fruit still in the cooled cup.

Both a rock-sugar clarity and a mellow body, a strong wild energy clearly felt.
Around 1,800m above sea level, roughly 100-year-old trees, an April 2023 spring batch—two years aged. Nanpo is the most wild-mountain of the Bingdao series, prized by connoisseurs for a high aroma, ample qi and a strong wild note: the aroma is lifted and rich, led by a compound floral honey, with a singular milky note and a wild-fruit sweetness, long in the cup and still fruity once cooled. On the palate it is harmonious and full, low in bitter base and light in astringency; the body thick and full, with both a rock-sugar clarity and a mellow richness. The texture is soft and fine, with good body, going down very smoothly, the throat-feel clear. The tea energy is ample and the wild-mountain note strong; a few cups in, the back warms and the skin breaks a light sweat.
