TASTING
Clear floral and fruity when young, honeyed with age, clinging to the cup.

Bitterness very light, sweetness to the fore; the body like silk, the returning sweetness long.
Around 1,400m above sea level, roughly 85-year-old trees, an April 2026 spring batch. Yiwu is the starting point of the Tea Horse Road and the birthplace of all that is soft. Its core is a smooth body, low bitterness and a deep honeyed aroma: fresh tea shows clear floral and fruity notes, and over years of storage turns to a settled honey sweetness that clings to the cup. Bitterness on entry is very light and sweetness stands out; the body is full and thick, smooth as silk, with a slow but very lasting salivation and returning sweetness. The liquor is golden and clear, turning to orange-red with age; the leaf is dark, glossy and sturdy, the brewed leaf thick and soft—and it infuses many times over.
