Suxinlan takes its name from the phrase 'a pure heart, like an orchid,' and closes the Workshop No.3 series. Its fragrance does not shout but settles into the broth; its flavour is unshowy, winning by length—drink this one and the workshop's honesty, 'one standard, priced by the jin,' is read to the end.
