Shuijingui won its fame across Wuyi after a late-Qing dispute over a rock: it mattered little whose the tea was—the fragrance belonged to everyone. Batch No.3 brings plum-blossom fragrance and fruit sweetness, a smooth, supple body—the most nimble of the famous mingcong.
