MULAN TEA STORY · Bairuixiang No.3

Smooth on entry, sweetness first on the tip of the tongue, then the tea opens out, with a long returning sweetness.

Bairuixiang, alongside Shuixian and Rougui, is one of Wuyi's three signature varieties, and it is named for its fragrance. The No.3 batch already shows the cultivar's natural scent in the dry leaf; brewed, the aroma moves from clear to rich in clear layers, and the fragrance lingers in the empty cup—in the Workshop series, this is the answer to the word "fragrant".
