TASTING
Fresh fragrance on every side; the liquor clear and luminous.

Like eating a tender bamboo shoot—utterly refreshing, with returning sweetness that wells up like a mountain spring.
Very early pre-Qingming buds, with polyphenols and amino acids in just the right balance, pan-fried over the lightest fire to keep their natural freshness whole. The liquor is clear and luminous, the bud tips standing upright; the first sip brims with freshness, like eating a tender bamboo shoot—the choice for those who want freshness at its peak.

- Brewing
- A glass or a white porcelain gaiwan, with 3g of leaf. Use 85–90°C water (boil, then leave the lid off for about a minute). Water first, then the tea; let the buds unfurl, drink after a minute or two, and top up when a third remains—fresh and lively, never bitter.
